In The Black Box

In The Black Box aims to constantly explore every possible sound and noise. The “music” of In The Black Box is primarily loop and sample based,leaning heavily on experimental electronic house and techno. This is however coupled with an interest in bridging this music with both far removed genres and with simple everyday sounds.

Since January 2008, each month of music (also the case for photography, writing and video) has been documented under a name. It is in this way that the music is documented here. We will try to have as much of the music available to listen, at least one track from each month of 2008 and 2009 with some music from 2007 and earlier.

However there is also a selection of Volumes from 2008 and 2009 available at www.intheblackbox.bandcamp.com where you can also listen to high quality recordings…
